About Coach Athena Jackson
Athena Jackson is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, faith-led leadership mentor, and founder of Prevail Coaching LLC and the ROAR Leadership Institute. With more than 25 years of community service and over 18 years of professional leadership experience, she has dedicated her life to advancing healing, stability, and transformational growth within individuals and communities.
Her work has spanned housing stability initiatives, community outreach, leadership development, and restorative support for high-risk populations, including youth, women transitioning from incarceration, and young adults aging out of foster care. Through structured, trauma-informed approaches, she has helped individuals move from crisis to clarity and from survival to sustainable leadership.
Over the past decade, Athena has focused primarily on trauma recovery and leadership formation, equipping emerging leaders and coaches to transform personal adversity into purpose-driven service. In addition to her professional contributions, she has served more than 20 years in ministry as an ordained minister. Athena’s life’s work reflects her commitment to faith-rooted, structured leadership that restores lives, strengthens families, and empowers communities to rise with resilience and purpose.
